Pair Team Expands in California, Empowering Underserved Communities

Pair Team is embarking on a promising expansion.  

The virtual and community-based primary care solution for Medicaid patients will now be available in seven new California markets including Fresno, Merced, Monterey, Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus counties.

To help expecting and new parents prepare for birth and parenthood, BabyLiveAdvice partnered with the DCH Health System. The team will provide virtual live maternal education classes taught by certified registered nurse practitioners and other professionals.

Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, Avēsis and MapHabit Launch Pilot Program for Vulnerable Patients

MapHabit’s technology is taking off.  

The team is partnering with Aetna Better Health of Kentucky and Avēsis for a new pilot program that supports patients with disabilities.  

The pilot program will support 200 Kentucky children with autism or intellectual disabilities and who are part of the foster care system.  

Avēsis will provide these patients with tablets that offer access to MapHabit’s platform, where they will get access to visual maps to help them with daily routines, such as oral hygiene or other activities of daily living like getting dressed or making food.
